city link really really bad,  I bought some item from cresdo.com and they shipped using citylink. around 2 weeks after they shipped i got a call from this girl said i have some parcel arrived and they want to confirm my address , after confirm i thought they will send the parcel the day after but they took another 1 week to delivered the parcel    what a bad service they have 

so far gdex no problem, TNT also good    but i really prefer poslaju, don't know about other people but for me their service in langkawi really good 

hello,can someone tell me about kangaroo service, i just want to know about kangaroo service in malaka area...is it good or vary bad....thanks

NEVER NEVER USE KANGAROO > Bad attitude, Bad service ... THEY ARE GANSTER and BARBARIAN . We were using KANGAROO for almost 1 year , their service is very bad and always no answer your phone, always late send to receiver, always spoiled the parcel when received . The most important part is their management is very very bad , never check the payment after that blame customer .

We finally stop to use it because we facing very terrible frightening

This was happening last year only , nearly new year the Manager suddenly call us to chase the payment for some of the month , we have actually answer them the payment already settled and we never own them any outstanding payment at all . One day have few Kangaroo People come to collect the parcel and 2 stand outside like gangster, that time just feel there is abnormal because we never saw them . Continuously 5 days the same way they collect the parcel from us . After 1 week we suddenly receive many call regarding all the parcel have not send out , we tried call to HQ but they said these in-charge by our area branch , they cannot do anything ,  after we call the branch then find out all the parcel have been  detained  by the  Manager call “ RICHARD ”  in Kepong area, we call him to release all the items and ask them better check the payment history , we complain to HQ but they said already ask him to release , he won’t follow HQ instruction  . We call RICHARD hand phone but he was rude and said “ Money come first then release all the items “ , after that he use many X#$%^&  words to scold us , really impolite , the worst is he pick up phone and put aside without answering for almost half an hour . Finally we get help from the last owner and he bring all the statement and payment voucher to claim back our  parcels ( around 13 parcels cost RM2000+ ) , 3 weeks time after take back.
