I'm very disappointed. Called them and told me I'd get them on Saturday because my area is "that certain name". It's not even far off town area and they made it a Saturday job. Sent on Monday for nothing. Like seriously, you'd let people wait for 5 days when it's a 2 days wait for Poslaju.

Kangaroo sucks balls outside of Peninsular. I'd not use this courier if not for the sender.

so far i quite satisfied with kangaroo courier service. pos so many time. only make me unsatisfied 2times, one is pos to segamat, almost one week, i give customer scold... 1time is pos to kl. i thk 4days

I want to ask. If I'm not at home when they reached. Will them automatic resend again on next day or need to call them come again ?

what if kangaroo said we can't find ur parcel?? >,<
the status they put: hold by origin... what's tat??
