Kangaroo Courier Service, Question on this courier service

Here's my latest experience with them. Bought an item from hikari85 (great seller but bad choice of logistics - Kangaroo).

Dear Kangaroo,
I would like to inform you of the BM branch's phone receptionist excellent service. Basically, I called the office in evening 5 pm to inquire about my undelivered parcel. 7 times the line is engaged, 3 times nobody pickup. This clearly shows that he/she is clearly too busy to handle phone calls.
Thus, I recommend that the Management promotes he/she to higher level and hire another person who would have enough free time to answer phone calls. Thank you.
