I've already waited for 2 days; this morning I saw the Kangaroo van near my house. A guy was holding a parcel similar to mine. Called to him and asked what was the address written on the parcel.
And he said that it wasn't mine. WTF??? Same area, but my parcel hasn't arrived yet? |

I can't believe that a PRIVATE courier is less efficient than a GOVERNMENT-supported courier. That's the freaking last time I'm gonna use their crappy service.
P/S: Called the nearest branch and I was 'pushed' around by calling FOUR different sectors(please call this branch). Third one said that tracking number is from the seller, HQ said that it is not found in database. Then I was told that I would be notified as soon as they track the parcel. And until now, I haven't received any call from the HQ... damnit, 2 hours have passed. |

When I ordered my parcel through Kangaroo(second time), they delivered it on the day after. Looks like definitely its just human error. GDex, CityLink, UPS sure will have the same complaints.
