At least it's better than Skynet.

Last time I just email to penang branch of kangaroo and receive my parcels that day.

But with skynet, I wait for 3days more and email to HQ,call the penang branch, sms them, leave my enquiry on their website...

No reply.

So I complain to NCCC yesterday 11pm and guess what?

Skynet phone me at 10:30am and said will deliver to me at 1pm.

Let's see...

and just receive the call from skynet at 10:40am morning today HAHA

then 12:20 already receive my parcel
