It uploaded from Kuching and deliver to Melaka. Well, I din received my parcel until today.
I called twice to Melaka centre and they asked me to confirm with Kuching centre since they havent received my parcel yet. 
I really cannot believe this can happen to a courier service !!!!!! 
They really using Kangaroo to deliver their stuffs? Since Kangaroo dunno fly and swim, so that it stuck at Kuching????? 
Im now going to confirm with the sender at Kuching there..... 
p/s: Does anyone know where is hub SHM ? is it Shah Alam headquarter centre ????
