Sorry, may i ask what do you mean by 1 time and no 2nd time? Means AKPK is the middle man right? And when we pay AKPK every month they will in turn pay the respective banks right?

Akpk help you one time to restructure your debts once settled, your are off the list. If you not learn lesson and get into debt again, akpk cant help you anymore.

Anyone heard of 7 yes act by Bank Negara? Some say after 6/7 yrs, creditor has no legal way to get money from borrower. They still can call or chase but can’t use any legal way to sue or take legal action after the period.
Currently I’m discussing with a credit collector of my long (10 yrs) cc debt, I plan to repay by put in 2k initially but no official letter after that from the agent + they twisting the verbal agreement by increasing the total repayment value after that. Their exucrs was ex officer promised but that person no longer in the company, now new person handling my case. I fed up & negotiating for few months already & they seems like not willing to send official letter thru email. I don’t entertain their letter thru WhatsApp .
Before my previous initial 2k payment, I checked with my banker see the account that collector asked me to pay is my real cc acc or not, yes it’s under my name & acc number is correct under me

2. There is time limitations to your debt
This means companies must initiate legal claims within a certain time frame. After that time frame has passed, a borrower is no longer obliged to repay their debt. The time frame is 6 years from the date of providing the loan, after which companies can no longer take any action.

Hi Sifus,

I have scenario here:

Lets say, a person (my wife) used to be under AKPK but she has lapsed it and now the bank starts to chases her to pay and she now pays to the bank at an agreed amount.

My question is:

is she eligible for a supplementary card if I apply for her?

Thank you in advance!

Check with the bank that you wish to apply the supplementary CC.
Perhaps the terms as in the attached image would be applied

Later one. If let say you miss payment, AKPK won't do any payment to your creditor.
