Oh no.. Okays. But apparently when called AKPK they said can resume. So is that person possibly lying? tbh its my sister and its using our house address.. so far only once came.

I don't know how many months you didn't pay, but from what I know you cannot have arrears more than 2 times. If you hit the 3rd time there is possibility you will get kick out from DMP. Then AKPK won't be responsible if the bank start looking / calling for you.

As long you in the DMP, bank cannot 'kacau'. Simple.

In addition, if let say die die you cannot pay in few months, you can request like moratorium for 3 months...write a letter..state reason why cannot..get it stamped and officiate. Submit through customer portal. However do remember you can only apply this twice throughout the program.

Oh. So means they allow if dont pay a few months, but up to 2 times only? Then possibly its correct that she called them and they allowed her to continue, hence why nobody came after that. She told us around 6 months. hence why 2 months ago they came, not sure from which bank. just give letter only lol

Try to negotiate if it hard to commit. At least AKPK can give you temporary peace of mind 😅

Please let your sister know that if she have difficulty in payment to AKPK, contact or meet the AKPK officials as soon, they are always very helpful and will find a solution for you.

Please do not just stop paying to AKPK for months, this may ruin your AKPK account, and you will not be helped in problem comes.

AKPK can give you morotorium or reshape your monthly payment sum, they are normally very efficient in doing so within few working days.
