QUOTE(babana @ Mar 23 2009, 04:47 PM)
rhb quoted me 5 yrs from the first drawdown (dunno whether it applies to everyone or only the group package) whereas EON is 6 yrs from final drawdown (i tink...correct me if i'm wrong). dint apply to ocbc so tak tau...perhaps another forumner might wanna enlighten us?

do bear in mind however, that not everyone will get the best rates as quoted in the forum (eg RHB won't give -2.2 to everyone, ocbc -2.25, etc). it varies on alot of factors, such as ur credit history in CCRIS, age, salary, yrs of working exp, current loan commitments, etc.

The banker quoted me on 6 years locking period from the first drawdown.

yeap as per taurus..
only these few banks have quite god deal..
OCBC RHB EON..

so far i think ocbc the best rate of -2.25 if u only wanna look at the blr point of view..
rhb so far offer me best -2.2 ...

all these packages are standard for the zest project..
other bank loans i think depends on individual record..

i've asked standchart and cimb and both do not do this project because of the diff agreement for car park..
*
Yes. When OCBC announced the rate of BLR-2.25, i was shocked as well. but, pls be alert. BLR-2.25 is for NZEC or ZEC+financed legal fees. ZEC+financed legal fees doesn't meant free legal fees but they add the legal fees to loan amount. so u have to pay back as installment as well. Pls don miss up.

Beside loan rate, what is locking period for RHB (best: -2.2), OCBC (best: -2.25 & EON (best: ??) ?
When is the locking period start counting? Once we sign Loan Agreement or only once we get CF?
*
So far all my Offers from RHB, OCBC and EON lock me for 5 yrs, from 1st draw down.

another call me kum jie liao.. ai yo.. sweat.gif

BLR-2.15 with MRTA ar... then not much different la... just different of 0.05... hmm.gif

as I know, no matter you are under group or not, u will still receive call from RHB for the revised rate. even if you already signed the offer letter, they will still change to the revised rate, meant BLR-2.1 for ZEC without MRTA, or BLR-2.15 or 2.2 with MRTA.

this is the confirmation that I received from RHB.

if there is someone that get different info, pls update us. TQ~~

So fast come out with the pricing? Which SA u confirm with?

By the way difference between 0.05 -> 0.1 is really not much because the total loan is very little unless you are buying million dollars property. Try to calculate you will find the different is like 5-20 ringgit different....just my 2cents..... nod.gif

You r rite, but sometime the bank facilities and n the agent service play an important part as well. How many branch they have, the due payment duration, how helpful the bank agent is. I dun mind giving slightly higher to have better and convenience service. Because this will be your commitment for 25-30 years. So put this as consideration as well, another 2cents of mine(sudah 4cents tongue.gif )

For me, i'm checking among EON and RHB. both offering ZEC BLR-2.1. One is Full flexi and another is conventional+withdraw facilities.

so looking at the service. the banker might only work for the bank sometimes only. so if compare EON and RHB, which is the reputable bank? Anyone pls comment?? Arigato~~

Hahah...Difference can help a bit on Maintenance Fee ma...

For me, both also ok cause Cash Depost Machine will always available.
So no hassle compare to those Maybank & HLB, always crowded & CDM always cannot use.
