u can give panasonic fs15 a look, a very good point-n-shot based on the specs.. price about rm799 and shud be lower a bit now

skill is the key bro. Not lens nor the body .. .. Once you master every skill of photography, then you only need a better machine to work with .. ..

I myselft start with Sony A300 and I found that a lot of things I need to learn .. btw, it is better to read the review or see the output from each camera especially from personal photographer (blog, flickr, etc are there to serve you).

Quite a few there in pudu plaza. For KL the only place i could think of is Sungei Wang and Lowyat.. XD lol..sorry..

Eihh..sigma 70-200 f2.8 ada la..the 18-200 for sigma is the Sigma 18-200 F3.5-6.3 DC.. no f2.8..

But if got..pekh..for sure layan..

It seem someone need spoonfeed so badly.

Take the A200 dual kit lense if u dun need liveview.
Get D60 if u can live with 3AF point system.
Get A300 if u think A200 with liveview, not enough for you.

below 1k cannot get prosumer or semi-pro. the 3 most hot prosumer cam now is Panasonic LX3, Canon G10 and Nikon P6000. all of them above 1.6k
