WTC bout xl-shop at BTS..actually im lookin for some figure..after lookin left,right,down n up..i finally found the figure that im lookin for..located on top of the shelves..than i ask them bout da item..so da salesgirl entertain me..than she ask me 2 show her the figure (which i alrdy told wat figure is it)..after i show it..i ask da price..then she said da price is 300 above..i reply back..wat is da exact price? than he reply back..i dunno..n she just stand there..then i ask her again..is dat box 4 display or 4 sale? she reply back 4 sale..i ask her back..item 4 sale but u dunno da exact price? around 300 above..then i said oh..so its 300 above..then i juz walk away frm dat shop..then i said im my heart WTF..

wat kinda service is dat? customer ask da price..n u randomly give da price w/o knowing da exact price..

plz hire some reliable staff..like ampang xl-shop

I saw diecast Perodua and Proton car before at Toy City. Other model i'm not sure is diecast or not. You can go try see see

XL bts got 2 full time male workers... you should ask them instead. quite true if someone working there without any passion on figures sure gives us the tidak apa attitude. always remember that it's not end of the world if they don't wanna sell it to us. there's always another place around. i learned that when XL bts screwed my hottoys preorder recently.

okay...my 2 cents..

It really depends on what you are looking for.

Crefigz stocks mainly TF stuff - the last time I was back in penang, went to their shop, walk around, nothing much to see,. staff quite friendly.

RobotMaster has a lot of variety,and understand that they are affiliated to TM.
Have 2 complaints though:
1. Prices for Kamen Rider Stuff are ridiculously high - and they gv crap excuses to justify the high prices.

2. They allow ppl to open up EXCLUSIVE STUFF to check. Previously they had a Tamashii Limited SIC Wild Chalice. Was quite interested in the figure so I ask the sales ppl to show it to me. The sales ppl then take a blade, cut open the scotch tape, pull out the figure from the box and show it to me .

Good for me at that time as I get to inspect it...but EXTREMELY bad for collectors. Box was slightly dented..so i didnt purchase it.. BUT I did go back few weeks later to buy it..coz was rather cheap.

i just want to share this f*king my bad lucky..

last time someone publish one diecast for sale in mudah.my..the guy's name is patrick about few month ago..that is my favorite car and I really find it..when first day he publish the item in mudah,i have call him and ask him for the item..that time,i'm really excited..

first,I've had him for COD at that time,and i ask where his location..but he said,he is a bit busy and ask me for next day after working..so he has promised to meet me next day..so the whole night i feeling happy for thing and hard to sleep..

and the next day,after ask permission from my boss to chow early..i try to call that guy again for deal the time for COD..first i sent sms,but he didnt reply and i straight to call him..then I get the most stupid answer I've ever heard.."the item is sold to my friend"..and i ask why?? and he said "my friend come to my house yesterday night to bought the item"..but i ask him about last deal and he said "first come first serve"..

WTF is kind of ppl like this..without telling me earlier and make me waste my time to deal like shit..until now i still save that person number..i feel to f*ck him but does dare..

tats why i still prefer walk in to the shop and buy though the price maybe higher, but seeing is believing!!!!!

if that happen to me,i'll sure that guy will eat using straw in hospital..
sometimes we have difficult to favorite item..so online is solution but if wrong deal..bcome my situation..

Guys i wana post a coment. You all might know about graffit toy in times square, i like that shop for having all kind of collectables, but i thit they are dreaming too much about the price. For example, If you go to parkson, a star ship from star wars like anakin from the clone wars cost arround 80 to 90 rm, he is selling the same for 150 for what??? its not even concidred a colectable item, its not rare, not old and certanly not nice looking also it dose not bring any history for it because it is a new item produced in large quantity and sold as a TOY. so i think since we are the ones who buys and gives them money we sould be saing how much things cost. So if you have a option of entering in this store, pls make sure what ever you are purchasing is the correct price.

I agree, Fredy. Although I collect complete different things from you (lol), I noticed Grafitti always sells atleast rm20-50 more expensive than other places. Sometimes even a few hundred more in the case of the items I buy. I used to be a very good customer until I noticed this was too rampant. So I told the owner very nicely tht other places sell cheap , the person gave me sad story how rental very expensive and supplier overcharging them, etc. I wanted to give my sad story about inflation and rising cost of living and then realised- who cares? (lol). I am sorry their rental very high or their suppliers very bad but isnt tht business? All toy stores have overheads- why do they get to charge their customers extra for it?

Needless to say I dun buy frm Graffitti if I can help it...

Recently online bought a 18" hellboy II with cigar - Mezco from a shop, found out this hellboy got following poor quality problems :

1.neck & face are not at same color tone, two type of skin color which are very "cucuk mata"..
2.face tainted with white & black color spots..
3.right horn tainted with black color spot too..
4.out coat tanited with red color in most of it....

informed the shop & get this answer --> ".....fix yourself.....NO RETURN..NO REFUND...."
before buying ---> "...bla..bla..i know you are a collector...will choose a more perfect one for you......bla bla...."

wounder anyone with this kit have the same poor quality problems or i am the "lucky one " to get it??

I don't think things like tht can be pinned on the shop lar.. thts a manufacturing defect. You should complain to the manufacturer and get a replacement. The shop doesn't have control over things like staining and discoloration as long as the product is new and unopened.

You are right for that & i am fully agreed on your points.

But before the trade, we have a understanding that the shop agreed & will select a good quality kit for me since i had request to do so, because i cannot inspect on it myself, as a responsible seller, should check & inform on this matters, than it is up to me to accept it or not.

What really SUCK is the words.."...fix yourself....".

by the way, the shop did said that they got ithese stocks a few years back with a cheaper cost, did it imply anything??

i ask the salesman to take down the kiva, the spec thin salesman sit at the counter said look only unless you buy
he give me impolite tone and f faces.
i ask him few time to take down down, his tone getting even impolite,
i angry i say "YES I WANT BUY IF NOT why i ask to take down for?"
he just unwilling take down.

when i pay cash his attitude 360 change so friendly smile

i found alot of salesman look people at their outfit, nice dressed = service nice
casual wear = poor service no interest on servicing
so what wear slipper cant be rich need to wear nike just rich?
