Ciick trader is rm8.88 per trade, but u need to maintain rm10k in  ac example: if you have 50k in ac, you can trade up to 40k. It is so cheap because it is basically a cash ac and can only trade online. Pro: cheap and one rate regardless contract amt ( 5k, 10k, 1000k etc) , cons: cash upfront and online only

normal itrade is rm12 and 0.42%, interest pay to u if u have balance in ac currently 2.25%.

Online trade on ipad and iPhone is FREE, online trade ac no maintainance fees

pm me if you would like to open ac.

Thanks Remng. Cash account. If I have already purchased stocks, and I transfer to this Click Trader. Will it allow me to buy before putting money in and then settle T+3 using my current share holdings as collateral ?

I am quite interested as I am currently with OSK. Other than that the normal itrade rates is exactly the same as OSK.

For Click Trader, if you want to enjoy the RM8.88, at any time, your account must have more than RM10,000.
Enclosed below details file base on different scenarios:

Look for [Click here if you unable to see the stock price...] on the top of the page and click on it.

If still cannot see, it is because your office firewall has blocked the port used by iTrade.

The shares transferred to click trader ac will not give value. You need cash in CT ac to trade. Cash upfront, shares cannot be collateral.

That's why ct ac is so cheap, rm 8.88, just plan out you fund to see which product is more suitable to your trading need.

Once that is done, concentrate of trading not the brokerage

Added on January 6, 2011, 6:31 pmOh if you keep rm10k in ac then transfer shares to CT ac to sell then you will save a lot of brokerage, imagine if selling in big quantity still rm 8.88, you know what I mean brows.gif

Is it because of Java? Some of my clients have problem viewing, I just guide them to do the following and it works:

To make window works on JavaScript

Go to c:\windows\system32\
type:
regsvr32 jscript.dll

I'm a newbie here. Hi everyone wave.gif

Let's say i only have certain amount of money in the account. Can i purchase more than i have?

Can I deposit the cash using online banking from HLB? How long will it takes? Coz when i i/e-deposit the cash in, it only have 3 options (cimbclicks, maybank and another dunno wat). And I thought CIMB only takes within a day, but is the next day. But I read somewhere, it say it also support HLB.

Can someone enlighten me? Thanks.

So when I'm using online, the brokerage rate should 0.42% rite?
So when I using the calculator to know the profit/loss, i shuld change the fee to 0.42? cause the default amount is 0.7% instead.

Sorry for the noob questions..

no question is noob

If you are newbie, do not over trade, anyway you get 3 times multiple for the cash amount you deposit ( eg cash 5k, allow to buy up to 15K) , do bear in mind you still need to pay the diff on T+3. Trade with better risk control, you don't need to get rich overnight.

you can deposit cash online with other banks, but there will be a charge of rm0.50 to rm 2 by your bank depends on the bank you use, If you use cimb bank internet banking for this it's FREE brows.gif

Other than the "cimb" and "maybank" you saw, there is another one called FPx - that's the dunno wat, click on that dunno wat then there is a list of banks to choose from ie HLb,Pbb, Rhb, B islam. For all online deposit (any banks) it will reflect in your ac the next working day, but if you are my client, you can email the transfer details to me, I will verify the genuine transfer and provide the trading limit to you on the same day

You r right on the last question, just change to 0.42%

Have a nice day

You still need to open a CDS ac in Cimb when you open a trading ac here. Then you can trf your shares from Osk cds if you choose to

I though transfer shares between CDS have to pay? hmm.gif

On the side note, I have usually settle my contracts before T+3, I wonder if my trust account have enough cash, will the bank automatically deduct the money in the trust account and settle for me on T+3? A hassle to settle each contract every time. wink.gif

Yes rm10 per counter

For Cimb ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT you don't need to do settlement, it will be auto, Provided you have enough fund in your Trust ac.
