Me face the same problem also. Furthermore, the minimum charges is rm 28 then 0.42 %. I am thinking to switch, i heard osk or maybank is cheaer. Is that true maybank only charge 1 % ?

Watchlist is STILL not functioning properly.

Adding counters to list sometimes doesn't work -> get message that says "failed to add to watchlist".
Then the next time log in, half my lists is missing!

just wanna ask if i were to buy some quantity of a share at a higher price, then in the same day i buy more at a lower price, will the contract be averaged out? or the brokerage will be charged twice? for the 2 buys.

They advised us to use E-Deposit instead, means we have no other means of checking our balance, unless call to dealer..

I've just paid on Friday using E-settlement.
The money has been debited from my bank account so I suppose its working fine.
Gonna double check on Monday just in case.
The interest rate is about 1.++% only I think.

Yes, there really is a problem with their e-settlement. Paid but e-settlement showed that the transaction had failed.
However a quick email to them cleared things up so in the end, my outstanding has been settled although e-settlement says otherwise.

Guys, better check your CIMB itrade accounts.

I know someone who logged on to his CIMB itrade account today, and was instead logged in to someone else's account. The username displayed was correct, but the owner name and the CDS/trading account numbers were all different. Even the watchlist, portfolio etc were not his but instead someone else's.

wtf is going on with CIMB? This is a huge security issue, as someone could accidentally login to my account and sell everything or buy up stocks using the cash in the trading account.
