Guys, how to use the stoplimit order? I'm still hesitant to try it without fully understanding it. There's only so much info out there for this and my remisier doesn't reply me. lol

so my dealer confirm that dividend from local will debit to our bank account, while oversea will debit to share trading account. Seems like no way to debit dividend from local stock market into trading account, but at least no charges like nominee cds account.

for StopLimit order, you need to enter two price - Limit Price and Trigger Price.

Limit Price = the price that you wish to long/short

Trigger Price = the Stop price, once hit it will trigger the order to long/short at the Limit price u enter

guys,

what the difference between trading limit and the amount inside Client Summary > Trust

Isn't the values should be the same?

I have different values over there.

My trading limit is about RM7000 and the value in the trust is about RM1941.40

I understand that I have about RM7000 funds to invest but I do not understand the value for the trust. Anybody care to explain?

Hi, i have an account which i've never used and i just login today after a year.

The last that i remembered was, to deposit money, i have 2 options:

1) Deposit money from the trading system but it reflects on the next day
2) Transfer to the account given by the remisier and need to email them to update it

Is it still the same?

u shud call yr remisier/broker to ask... some people get std, some get lower; but it's "high".

30% tax... if u mean tax withholding for us stock dividends, answer is YES.

So frustrating! There it goes again! When SUPERMX was waterfalling (~4:20pm 14/7/20), I got logged out of the system and couldn't log back in again. It seems to do this at critical times. Maybe it can't handle a surge in execution. Disappointing!

I think many broker platform hanged or lagged during 4+ PM time. Turnover today is like RM8 billion, which is crazy levels for bursa.
