That is the Queue Price, depend on whether you are Buying or Selling it will have a dropdown list of Sell Queue or Buy Queue for your selection, of course you can enter the price you prefer as well

if your account is non-margin, your trading limit is calculated based on cash available and the collateral (stock you currently own).

btw, Margin, Cash or Collateralized is referring to your trading account type, not your CDS account.

There are two type of Stop Order and Stop Limit Order.

1. Select the stock you wish to trade
2. Right click and select Buy/Sell
3. The Order Pad tab will automatically appear.
4. Select Order Type from the dropdown list - Stop or Stop Limit
5. For Stop Order - Enter only the Trigger Price
5a. For Stop Limit Order - Enter the Trigger Price and The Limit Price

After selected other required fields like quantity, validity, account number, etc. Click on Sell or Buy button to submit the order

No, you can't.

Filled mean already matched, you can't cancel. You must pickup at T+2, not T+3. else it will be force sell and you hv to pay the different + overhead.

that am no so sure, but my experience is pretty fast within the same day, as after I transfer funds online, I send the online transfer receipt to them and within the same day, I see the amount in my account. And for the online transfer, put in your Account No as the Ref.

Of course, you have to use instant transfer.

if am not mistaken, you can't, as when you sell there is a share holding control to avoid oversold. Hence, u can't sell twice, unless the available quantity still sufficient.

No worry, just try to place two Sell Stop Order, one at lower price as SL, another one at higher price as TP, it will prompt u if can't

When you said the market depth not working, mean you can't see the Buy/Sell Queue at all? or the data is not up to date?

After you refresh still doesn't work?

obviously that is system issue, u hv to report to iTrade Support.

if you refresh, re-login still can't get live data update, u hv to call the Support....

I encountered usually in the early morning during market open, can't send order..... and live data update slow, but will back to normal after sometime.

Basically I am using iTrade just to execute order, can't rely on iTrade for data...especially critical hours

I believed it depend on the dealer, my dealer so far are responsive, but the Customer Service always only machine answering the call.

Recently I encounter issue to log in, it keeps prompting me system are busy, call Customer Service, machine answering the call and asked to leave a message, I left a message at 0900+ they call me back at 1100+

for StopLimit order, you need to enter two price - Limit Price and Trigger Price.

Limit Price = the price that you wish to long/short

Trigger Price = the Stop price, once hit it will trigger the order to long/short at the Limit price u enter

Every individual are allowed to open 1 CDS with each ADA and a Securities Firm is basically an ADA, in other words, u can open 1 individual CDS with Malacca Securities, open another CDS account with CGS-CIMB, and another with Kenanga, etc....
