should be no need.. normally is client need provide their bank acc details to dealer/remisier so they can submit withdraw request to back office

they have to check with back office on my opening account form, but still no new update since last Wednesday... a lot of issues with my account bangwall.gif

Back to Online trading with i*Trade@CIMB recently after long time not use, is it do eDeposit from Maybank2u subject to RM0.50? Sound weird because if I did online transfer & update Dealer is free of charge.

I was also charged 50sen transferred from MBB. The state of our financial system really suckz. My remisier was surprised that I was charged. Maybe next time I'll just do the manual way, hopefully no extra charges.

Yes one funny thing is that you can do online transfer to CIMB itrade account and just update your remisier. This way no charge. Only difference it won't immediately reflect in the itrade system but next day. For me, more work to remisier only. Lol......

Already more than a week but issue of trading limit show zero still can not solve... Not sure what happened...

was told by my remiser that he has been sending email or call the back officer everyday but no reply on email and no pick up the phone...

no wonder my trading limit issue is not solved after 2 weeks.... how to get this escalate to get someone to solve my issue? I'm not expecting this kind of service experience from CGS-CIMB.... this is a very bad experience...

You write complain email to itrade customer service.. see can go to management level or not.. your remisier is stuck at middle since back office no reply or call

Guys, dont you feel some CGS Cimb remisier a little bit sub par? Some very passive updating your issue. Need asked and chase every day.

I only can say is some is really got perform remisier who can help client try to settle issue asap and chase back office to fix

Exactly. I got an account with MPlus. The remisier is really helpful and fast guy. The only problem, sometimes Mplus hang at high volume session.
