Actually the shipping charges of $945 is for 7.0 speaker system with 2 PC12-Plus.

So I work it out for 1 PC12-Plus alone for me is only USD214.66

After calculating everything, it comes out to RM3611.96 for my PC12-Plus to Brunei Airport.

I heard that the veneered cabinets are from China. The basic black is from USA.

Cabinet are very basic thing so even made in china is no problem at all. China do make very high quality product. As long as SVS maintain their standards in their subwoofers, then all should be fine.

Not getting the the JTR sub. That one too big. I'm getting JTR T8 speaker. It's very efficient speaker so I'm getting emotiva XPA-5 to drive it. It's sure looks butt ugly but the review by some of the users that immediately sell off their USD 10k plus speaker after listening to JTR speaker demo. Been compare to B&W 800D, Revel, Klipsch THX Ultra speaker. Check it out at avsforum speakers section.

Ah yes, belongs to forummer MKtheater over at AVS. Apparently he can hit some insane dB levels with that setup.

At one point you mentioned the MFW-15. Did you know they are having a sale now? $899 for TWO of them!! Killer bargain.

I know they don't ship overseas unless you can arrange it yourself, like through jmdibr's friend...

there might be some problem when the sub got problem.. r they going to send it over here for u or they r just going to send to jmdibr's fren? better check with them 1st.. if the driver fails then sending back n forth wont be cheap.. just need to take this into consideration b4 buying....
