I'm not quite sure about his age, even his previous owner isn't sure herself, but they said he's around 2 months old. Maybe born late January or something. Well, I don't know how to estimate myself, but he's the biggest amongst his siblings.
I just saw some vids in youtube about rubbing the private parts, and yea the kittens are much more smaller than Willie (that's his name btw

). Good thing is he actually know where to pee and poop : in the litter tray! Guess he has learned it before. But am still afraid coz who knows he might not find the place and ended up tercicir somewhere else.
And now I don't put him in the cage at all, just let him roam freely around the living room and my bedroom, even when I'm out, but have to make sure that the environment is safe i.e closing the sliding doors etc. But what wonders me more is that he loves to lepak at ceruk2 and small places, but never liked the cage. Hurmm. The cage I bought was the 2 ft ones. Is it small? His favourite spot for now is under the TV cabinet which is of course much smaller than the cage.
It's okay right to let him free around the house? I live in an apartment so the area isn't quite big. A 3 tier cage won't fit the house too though. Huhu. I do have some toys but he seemed less interested. He's more interested to play with my foot and my hand i.e chasing my foot and bite my hand.
By the way here are some of his pics. Hope you guys can tell how old is he! And I'm gonna get a new litter tray soon, I think it's too small for him, well actually it was the smallest one, bought it before I met him though. Perhaps will make a DIY ones like the one mentioned somewhere in this thread.

And should add a pillow as well eyh?
Not sure he's a Siamese or what, but he has long fur, so he might be Balinese right? Or maybe Himalayan?

. Yea again, it's not a kucing kampung.

Dude, your cat is Domestic Long Hair.. malaysia cat, kucing kampung wannabe with long hair. no originality. kucing kampung is original. while DLH is a mixture of other cat who is basically come from kucing kampung too.
You don't have to waste time thinking about what breed (siamese, ragdoll, birman, balinese, etc) if your kitten do not have certificate approval.
By default, it will become DLH. Domestic cat. and yes it is a kucing malaysia, not kucing kampung since he is long hair.
So all cat lovers, please understand the term of pedigree cat, and Domestic cat. you cannot pin point your cat is Himalayan if you do not have proof.
All other cat will laugh out loud to your cat because "perasan" jadi pedigree cat. Like if you are malay, you perasan jadi mat salleh, padahal dah sah sah muka melayu.

from the pic your kitten look like 2-3 months all...
on average, 3 months old kitten length will be about 18cm from head to the base of the tail (not end of tail - so when u measure, skip the tail).
kitten age after 2 months old should know how to groom their home. mostly after 1 month old, they will start learning most of important things like jump, run, hunt.
but not height... so don't try to make them climb and jump from high place at this after. after 5 months old should be ok.

it is ok to let him free in the house, as long as you don't have fragile stuff. and also poison stuff. move away all the poison thinggy such as medicine, bathroom stuff, etc. kitten will usually love to taste new things.
some kitten and cat love to bite the wires.. if you are away from home.. switch off all tv plugs. he might play and bite the wires. just open 1 fan should be ok. and some are to go in and out so he can breath.

that cage is too small.. i will hate if someone lock me in my master bedroom too. so if you want your cat to roam in the house freely, teach him now. let him roam around the house, so when he grew up, he has no problem to get use with the surrounding.
if your kitten is freely in the house, then no need to buy pillow or bed, since he can just sleep over the sofa, you books, the cabinet, etc...
let him choose his favorite spot, not you giving option or want him to be at one place.
remember, cat is the king, you are the slave. you cannot control or ask king what to do.

you can stick NETTING on your window if you afraid he will climb. this is for safety. and im pretty sure you need air to go in and out from your house too right.
