eheheh 40L is like 40kg right.. so i dont think cat food 40kg cost rm135, should be much and much more expensive.

but if you compare litter to litter, then it is expensive. but yet OKO PLus is good in handling odor. that's why the price is WALLA.

hehehe..but for me with 3 cats, 40L can last for about 4 months tau..so its very saving..

i have 6 cats...so if use OKO plus can last for 2 months lah? mmm...
40L = Rm135 = 4 months

so half of that...rm67...mmm....cheaper than FF...

i bought my cat a new cat litter called Feline Fresh last week. it has a type of smell (donno what smell is that) and my cat doesnt even want to go inside the litter box. she will slowly.... and carefully.... step inside and pee, and once she is done, she is quickly jump onto the side of the litter box and use one 'hand' to cover off the pee. does this mean that she doesnt like this brand of cat litter? or maybe she is just not used to it?

This is normal. After my cat finish business, he will cover the droppings/pee with sand to cover smell. It's natural instinct. They want to mask their smell from other cats.

normal if u change to a new type of litter. remember cats are very fussy. if they love one thing, the will love it forever. but if it is come to toys, they will love till destroying them LOL.

im not sure what type of litter you using before, and feline fresh is what type? are you changing from clay sand to pine wood type anyway? if yes, then that is the reason why.

it takes time for them to love it. when you search for litter tips, the article will mention that, some cat do not like his/her litter type, some takes time to get used with new stuff.

one hand to cover off the pee? as far as im concern, cat do use one hand only to cover pee.. can't imagine if they use both hand, that will be like a rabbit digging hole ehehehe.

you are still consider lucky pumpkinn... one of my cat, name mia. not sure you know her or not. she is the one in my avatar. she have this one behavior which can be good, can be bad too.

bad = after poo and pee, she never cover it up. just leave it like that.
good = she keep her hand clean, she told me, her nails will be dirty digging the sand and pee/poo. she wants to keep her claws beautiful at all time

other female cats say = damn! she is so paris hilton.
other male cats say = she is a weird girls... geesshh!

its normal because you just change your litter. unless if you have been using feline fresh for 1-2 months, and your cat is still acting weird, than your cat is not normal...

no!!! HAHAHAHA....u made me laugh till my stomach pain of cuz she don use both hand, but i saw her spreading her legs, standing on the side of litter box while covering the her pee....pity her. so im going 2 get fussie cat from petplayground 2molo. let her to use back the sand type. hopefully she will be more comfortable with it.

some people will change the litter type straight away.

some will still want to teach their cat using the new type of litter, because it's time to change. unless the cats go "weird" for a long period, then it's time for a wake up call "change back to the old type of litter"

eheheh at one point, all the cats assume that mia is from other planet, like alien, because by nature cats will digg back the left over. but she is just different. even President OBAMA's cat digg its poo and pee

i just read about this case from a chinese forum. and i cried like this until my cat hides under the bed.
here it is, a kitten was found being tortured to death. oh man....this is TOO cruel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the ears had been cut off, the eyes being took off. and they were burning it. (according to that person)
