hey corad. ive been reading ur sager trend. i was curious how much was shipping cost for u. and im still indecisive of which OS to use. VISTA or XP?

personally.. ive not experienced vista as my own personal computer. but i have tried the interface on other platforms.

and as far as im concerned vista is still VERY VERY buggy. is vista a workable os?

and lastly.. Intel Turbomemory.. is it feasible to get one in my system? anyone experianced it yet?

After SP1, Vista isn't THAT buggy anymore. What do you mean by workable? what is your definition of work? light weight office works and gaming works fine.

workable as in.. wont give me much of a hassell on networking (most important) and very flexible and customisable. As reliable as xp?
as for turbo memory?

Pretty much works as long as you disable UAC. If it's just home networking, then it's fine, you're not configuring a proxy server, no?

No comment on turbo memory though, never tried it out.

its a new technology. where this module is a flash memory module. it will enable you to boot faster and load application faster as it loads from the module. as flash is way faster then hard disk and less power consuming.. its very beneficial. only thing is.. how wonderful does it work in real life.. ive not heard about anyone using it yet.. yet to hear from experience!
