The Malakoff run is only 17k, but clashes with Klang Pacers 21k run @ Shah Alam.

NOTE: Malakoff run revert back to 26k

Eugene, no worries mate.  Have a good trip.  take less clothes there lah, or pack them in air-tight zipper plastic bags.  it will definitely weigh less.

Guys, I need some advice here. Usually before I run in the morning, I'll have a very simple breakfast consisting of a glass of HL Chocolate milk & usually a slice of cheese or a banana or Kellogg's 90 calorie bar. & normally I'll start my run straightaway after that. The problem is, about 5-10 mins into my run, I'll start having stomach ache, like I have to go to the toilet rightaway (I normally will go to the toilet straightaway after I got up). This will last around 5 mins, then it'll disappear. But during those 5 mins I'ma feel really uncomfortable, but so far I've been able to maintain my pace. I dun want this to affect my run during races.

Any ideas ?

Orange Run goodies collection was as disorganized as last year. Pacesetters did their job well - hving to deal with almost 3.5k runners and limited space. No more Piazza ler, BHP.. dat area dem small leh sleep.gif;
