Oh, u mean that globe chart...Normal-lah..Even in Garmin QUe or even those mother of GPS (Like Garmin 60Csx) also like that...I will take time to acquire satelites and after the signal getting stronger, the colour change to stable.
Hypermount, hehe, H/phone esp N78 acquisition of satelites are slow, not sure why your unit so fast but normally between 3-5 or even 10min!! However tested sharkteef N79 and it's really fast..BTW, inside house mana ada satelite signal unless u using the signal based on AGPS nearest to GSM tower??
Oh, okok so its normal lol I thought something is wrong
Actually it depends u know, i got a friend his N82 can acquire faster satelite signal than my phone, i dont know why. Both of us on garmin at the same time and his phone lock satelite around 30 second, while mine takes up to minutes. Tested a few times already.
Using HOLUX M-1000 I can get signal at home in 5 seconds around 10 feet close to the windows. More than 10 feet than a little tough. Using my phone is really really difficult.
Anyway, dedicated GPS or Bluetooth GPS receiver is better than GPS built-in in phone, unless they are using better chip or those chip used in GPSr and put it in phone, then only can compete with dedicated GPS.
