hmm, that i not sure..but then it does not really harm the card much (unless u're experiencing restarts and etc, due to not enough power, that will surely sorta kill the card)
well, typical answers here would be "better to get a better PSU to ensure longer lifespan of the components" i am getting poisoned by those words, now i am considering to get FSP Blue Storm II 500W PSU to go with my HD4670
Yes better PSU to ensure the longer lifespan, cos every component need this enegry source to start their engine

It is not recommended to use an cheapo or so-called cap ayam psu due to its inconsistency of power supplied into the gc which might shorten the life of the gc. Get a better psu with at least a true power & higher efficiency.
well, u would understand why i am feeling skeptical about owning an expensive PSU for that claim: my PC been running on cap ayam PSU for 7 years and it still refuse to die
