Added on September 9, 2008, 11:30 pmhmmm... it happened when one day me and my parents sudd saw that one of the pinkie's leg is turning black...
its sth like blue black on our arm like that...
then after that, the pinkie grew bigger, but that injured arm was disabled dy... cos whole paw turn black then didnt grow any bigger...
then when one arm started able to move around, that blacked arm jz dropped off... (or my dad thks that suki bitten the black arm off in order to let one arm able to move around)(well.. we dont know about that rite?)

so i called him one arm... cos he really is a very strong young hammie... so small in size... yet so strong....

we try to feed him more and not let his other siblings bully him lor...

@geo: Maybe that pinkie was born with a disabled arm. I'm suprised the mum didn't eat it and only took off the arm.

Sometimes Bean flips on the sand upside down and grooms herself. So cute!
Normally she will flip in the wheel, which is normal but not that cute because wodent wheel kind closed

actually pure white syrian is not rare...

i've seen many white syrians in Pets Wonderland, Mid Valley before.. also there were ppl giving up white syrians for adoption some time ago.. not that rare to me

I tried to feed smoothie to my hamsters...but they rather climb the cage
fell onto the smoothie...fur all yellowish ady...

lol, poor you aeon. Now you gotta clean them. You can try to syring feed if your hamsters don't take it from a bowl lor.

Added on September 10, 2008, 6:50 amOic.. I thought they are rare Anyway, my Syrian grow very fast. His diet contains of smoothies, mealworm, Prestige, fruits and vege, and vegetarian supplement. When I got them they are so small. Around 2 weeks he grew quite big ad. Is that normal? Coz I heard inbred hamsters grow very fast.

Hahahahaha.. Creamy is obese arh!!! (When she sits that way) Kakakakaakakaka... Anyway, when she stands up, she actually soild and firm. Creamy can be in such size, you must blame nezu. She made her this way. Kakakakakakaka... **faster cabut before nezu comes**
I don't need to pump her. She just eat normal food. Prestige, smoothies & some mix from my gerbils. That's all.
As long I feel you feed her with smoothies, she/he sure will grow nice like Creamy does.

Hipo is a bit defensive.. he nip my finger twice before taking treats fom my hand. lucky i din show any sign of scare . haha

don't put ur smoothie bowl at the side of the cage. put it in the middle. cos when hammi do their hammi dance they will also step on it.

syrian in the right diet they grow like balloon.
