QUOTE(SSJBen @ Oct 21 2008, 09:09 AM) I assume you are connecting your PS3 to your PC then through out to your speakers. In that case, of course mic/line-in volume has to be turned up, or else how to hear anything? ah ok I tried your method! much better now. silly me. i should have connected the PS3 sound output to the line-in on my pc audio card earlier. All good now! thanks! If you are connecting your PS3 through to your speakers directly, then thats the way it is. The sound is too soft and its a common issue with PC speakers. You want good large sound, you're going to need an A/V receiver or atleast a high-end PC speaker with optical in. |

Create a NEW user then log in with his account. Download the games that he has bought under his PSN Store download list.
Do take note that you CANNOT delete the user that you have login to your friend's account after DLing, if not the games will fail to boot. |

Coax can support 5.1 no problem. The problem is if your amp doesn't have an optical input, you'll need to find some way to convert the coax to optical.
