ps3 warranty is wherever it says on the warranty card bro. you bought malaysia model, malaysia warranty and likewise.

yea...ur rite..nowdays its easy just via online , no need to post it via postage..just input any particular via net then click submit , walla already registred the warranty.

Do u manage to connect? Today i also try to connect via wireless, (i used wired only last time) but face same prob, can obtain IP address (this mean wep/pss setting correct rite?)
but Internet connection is failed.

did u put ps3 network setting in manual?

heard disable upnp can solve the prob... some work some dont work

also disable media server can help

yup manual 192.168.1.101, tried enable disabel upnp and even on off media server.. still stuck after obtain ip

what is MTU? manual or auto

DMZ set on 192.168.1.101 and also did port forwarding. all seems ok if wired setting

so if i buy an asian ps3 set..i can send to malaysia sony for warranty?

if must send singapore then gg lo...

When u setup the network connection.. use scan (i publish my ssid also) then next next next... until saved. DONT test on spot
then u exit and go sign in. U can try only once every ~1 min to sign in due to ps3 slow to release cache or watever coz it keep getting dns error if i try to reconnect fast2
If really shiat and cant login u have to turn off ps3 and reconnect again (sign in)...

also have u ever try disabling upnp on router? since ps3 upnp is disabled... keep trying

uPnP disable on router. ps3 also disable. well as long as can connect for tonight its ok. later if got time try to reenable WEP

Hi i finally get into the latest ver on ps3 and was browsing the PS3 store, so here a few question....

1. I am in the demo section, does all the demo free?
2. If i choose to download the demo, say half way i dc or i do not want to continue and log off and switch off my ps3, what happen to the downloaded file? I have to re-download everything?
3. If half way downloading, and i got dc, will it harm my ps3 system?

also a lot of things in PSN stores... which region did u go? SG? since each store has different things...

also u can change theme for XMB... premium theme need credits...sigh
