as i read somewhere as long as we declared the income in another country (singapore) we dont have to declare the income again in malaysia. but i met a person who telling me if we stay in malaysia more than 180 days for the year then the case might be different

agent fee just stick to 1/2 month rental...anything more then that just reject firmly
bkt batok is good but when going back be prepare to become 1 of the sardin inside the can for 188(my exp for staying at 425 bkt batok)

imho
jurong east and clementi the most ideal place to stay if working at toh guan road

I also stay at bukit batok. but 188 not pass by.. look for alternative bus if have la... I used to go for direct bus. but;s it's too pack.. so I change to another bus and transfer at some where.. save me at least 20 min.

i called almost 10 persons to ask about room rental around Bukit Batok and Clement...9/10 called are agents and demand 1/2 agent fees.... really sickening...

is there any websites that has direct ads from owner??
