994 with only 1 aircon+water heater still can rent out at 1.3k above, not too bad...once clubhouse and swimming pool facility complete, the rental can up to 1.6k above for this 994 unit, easilly 1.8k above for 4 bedrooms unit....well, the strategic location is the main point for this condo...within 5-10km reach sunway pyramid, one U,mid valley, paradigm, tropicana mall and ss2 commercial center...... the latest progress for block A, painting almost done and window installation in progress..  |
