RM 179.52 for 994SQ.FT for maintanace fees only + RM17.95 for sinking fund.

i think Subang Perdana is the managament for goodyear court subang,.not sure about this company.

so 994+98 sqf x 0.165 = RM180....


but it' weird car park also include in maintenance fee charge...

i think all block D owners should united and vote own residents to become JMB, then can revise this kind of weird rule set by developer....

Most likely the Subang Perdana is the Goodyear Court Subang team....as I heard of them before.

first time own a condo.....for those ppl who got condo...i also would like to know izzit car park also need to pay maintenance fee??
so how is this subang perdana management do? anybody from good year court?

i don't think got ther condo management will charge you maintenance for car park...developer is ridiculous, but not difficult to solve this problem...vote more owners to become the JMB..JMB has the right to set the rules and also maintenance fee..

Hi I am purchasing an unit from the block D owner. When approaching the bank, some mentioned that the developer is blacklisted and thus I am finding it a little hard to obtain a loan.
