Hi guys...did anyone here already gone thru Tribunal hearing for Blck D?? any advice? mine would be next week....i noticed in the KPKT website that there was one person whose hearing would be on 3/10/2012 (if not mistaken)...but not sure whether he's in this forum....for those who already gone for the hearing pls update here or contact me at kshan223@yahoo.com.....Bro Alvin any offers from developer yet....it seems the developer only will talk abt the compensation if you guys go to Tribunal....lousy ppl....guys pls mail me at above mail to discuss further on compensation....its better we all have same stands on this matter....

I just found out around the condo have one small super market...I think is open by Chinese ppl.

If your unit is face sunway way kampung house, you can hear one days four time the Mosque will "sing song" to u..

two guard now..

At Night, one of them will sleep at the main gate of car park. I think is product our car ..

developer offered only 75% of the discounted selling price for LAD to settle out of court..anybody got result of tribunal ruling? I thinking to challenge in tribunal instead of accepting out of court settlement...
