yup agree with u....the strategic location is the main point thought the surrounding area not so good but i believe it going to change soon.....
heard the old flat there someone wanna take over and making offer to the flat owner.....not sure true or not.....

the impian baiduri flat beside block A confirm will be demolish in future, read the news somewhere...

the surrounding not too bad what...some clean warehouse, majority are landed houses with park, in fornt of condo gt a fustal court soemore..SS2 condo also surrounded by low cost flat, temple and dirty river...the price still shooting up like hell...

common corridor are huge and nice exposure to natural light, full tiles...material not too bad...nice decoration for all the doors in unit, include main door, dry yard doors and bedroom doors...just have one regret, not buy more units during launch...

350-375k most probably only can get 1 bedroom unit...this project have strong demand in rental market...rental easily up to 1.4k for 3 bedroom basic unit...it's about 6% yield based on original purchase price...1st hand buyer wont let go in low price since rental yield so attractive..

i heard some onwer metion received letter from subang parade regarding the maintenace fee...seems like developer finally appoint some property management company to take care of the condo management and maintenance....any owner know which management company the developer appointed?

i think it's good news because for sure outside property management company will take good care instead of let developer who don;t have much experience in take care of condo...

i got a letter from SUBANG PERDANA SERVICES SB regarding the maintenance fees+sewerage charge+ sinking fund for our PARK51.
they charge RM0.18/SQ.FT for maintance fees. DIFFERENT from what TAIPAN stated on S&P.ONLY RM 0.15!!!!!
