Everyone who has purchased properties in Puchong are making money now. Provided they sell them. Even the prices of terrace houses, apartments, etc in this area have risen tremendously. Good for those who have bought and intends to sell them now.

QUOTE(zavier98 @ Jun 24 2011, 06:00 AM) There was once a self-inflated guy who cannot accept SW will be the landmark of puchong, hence criticises the statement. Chill Zavier, SW is still far from celebrating yet.. I would say commercial wise looks promising, no doubt I think for the commercial part will kick off very nicely, but for residential is still a big taboo... Follow the link if you want some good background. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/752729/+180 Two years nearly gone and now with sw commercial completed, how many of you would think sw will be the landmark of puchong ? Can anyone state the reason if he doesnt think so ? Most interestingly, i would like to see how Pai makes his way through cos he strongly rejected the idea at that time. There is nothing wrong to predict the future as forum is to share everyone's thought. It's only when a heated debate happen, someone who thinks he is right and criticises others are shamed when things dont turn out in favour of him. Party just started for SW commercial but residential still far from celebrating.. When Solace, Brio, and Vio receive great success in 1 to 2 years time, maybe you can copy and paste this page and shoot me back |

Thanks everyone.
i know SW pricing is going crazier with more asking for higher price. i m already comfortable with the price now and dont need to ask for more. any additional is just a bonus to me. with SW certainly to be the Landmark of Puchong, there might be further upside on this pricing. Mind you there are still aplenty of things have yet to happen and this should break the current benchmark. This post has been edited by zavier98: Jun 24 2011, 11:54 AM |

I'm waiting for the completion of LRT & PFCC 3 towers, hope by that time price will up futher, Im always wondering this PFCC did contribute for the price hike or not? They should convert this 3 towers to Sunway University Tower, Taylor College Tower, and Segi College Tower. Tower 1 & 2 still many spaces untenanted. |

Ampang line LRT extension will stop at Station 5 (Kinrara) for the time being. As for station 7 (Pusat Bandar Puchong) to Putra Heights (depot) section, will be next phase. After they generate some revenue first ...

Can see that many sour lemon comments at that thread. Certain people are just throwing bad comments on certain projects as themselves are missing the chance to be on a ride...that's life. SW still have few things for catchup before SW to categories it as a succesful one but the potential is there to achieve. I didn't owned one there but I wish too.Follow the link if you want some good background. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/752729/+180 Two years nearly gone and now with sw commercial completed, how many of you would think sw will be the landmark of puchong ? An important thing that SPS must take precautions, timing is very important for those shops, shops open together and one by one make lots of different, the most classic case is Berjaya Times Square, failed to make sparkling during the beginning was mainly due to lack of coordination & synchronization of all the shops (openings)..My 2 bakuli |

This property has caught many ppl by surprise and shut up many critics. Investment return is rather high, 200k min profit with only 16k capital cost. This translates to more than 1000% cocr. SW is unique but these are still shoplots, hence bound to open one by one. However, i expect about 50% shops open within the first few months... anyway to me, sw opening is when entertainment mall starts business .. by then we shall see how vibrant this place become. it would be interesting to see what price can the apartments command upon vp .. With just the LED of cos cannot, it's the combination of all in sw .. Putting the LED on one of the most busiest highway, wouldnt it attract ppl to go in and check it out .. cos sw beauty lies along the waterway which is not seen from highway .. besides, it blends very well with SW night theme where u see many lighting around .. dont shoot me tho Zavier tai ko .. i'm rooting for SW one By saying it a landmark, in fact it already is, meaning a lot of ppl knows the place, hence isn't the LED puts up a landmark in front of the busiest highway .. u can also check out those houses / apartment within sw vicinitiy are selling with key point "close to sw". There is no doubt this development has attracted many ppl attention. |

Whether invested or not, I do see sw will
be of good return to those who bought it early. I went there to see few times yet Didn't put in money in sw. It's hard to find a quality mall in Puchong... |

For big mall or complex to be build need a big land and Puchong is almost out of land so this makes it impossible to have a giant size to cater for Puchong market unless if they venture down to the Puchong Utama or Bandar Bukit Puchong or even Puchong Gateway which is a bit far. As a Puchongite, myself wishing that we can have a new and a bigger malls to patronise during weekend so the only options we have to look fwd is SW which hopes it won't disappointing us.
