Ya, Location of SW no doubt is good, but its way too overpriced. expected rental income cant even cover monthly instalment if based on this 5/95.
Cant imagine the price of SW for sub-sale later.

Thanks everyone.
i know SW pricing is going crazier with more asking for higher price. i m already comfortable with the price now and dont need to ask for more. any additional is just a bonus to me.
with SW certainly to be the Landmark of Puchong, there might be further upside on this pricing.
Mind you there are still aplenty of things have yet to happen and this should break the current benchmark.

I'm waiting for the completion of LRT & PFCC 3 towers, hope by that time price will up futher, Im always wondering this PFCC did contribute for the price hike or not? They should convert this 3 towers to Sunway University Tower, Taylor College Tower, and Segi College Tower. rclxms.gif

Tower 1 & 2 still many spaces untenanted.

Buying price few years back about 350k with only 17.5k downpayment.
Now latest transacted price > RM550k+, what is the expected price once completed on 2013?
LRT & PFCC will make the price fly higher!!! drool.gif

everything seems fine as at to-date, just curious wat would make this project (shops) fails? If it really fail, then I need to "brain storming' myself again, what are the "KEY" elements for successful shopping mall...

A lot of banks are in bandar puteri aledi ... Will they still open another branch close by?

Open a bank branch that need to cater for 1000++ unit of household + few hundred of commercial units, why not?
They access the population of that area and markets demands before open the branch,
My own view, more bank's branch the area have, more 'ONG' the area are.
