Hi guys, i wonder is there any unit still available from developer perhaps those higher floor and phase under contructions?Been there last week, really happening now..

How much is solace 1007 sqft unit? Anyone heard transacted price recently? Becoz I hv a unit in brio, still thinking whether to sell or rent expected vp in jan 2013. 5 more mths to go!

dont know to believe or not but that's a pretty good price to sell and buy too after seeing what SW has to offer .
seven11 will be open very soon if not already . most classy looking interior i have seen for 7-11 shops Prudential office facing LDP is almost ready as well. Setiawalk gonna be the bustling center of Puchong in a year or two |

Their internal deco is quite cosy.. Notice that almost all shops in SW the deco is upmarket which is good, don hv those typical coffee shop like Old Town, Paparich etc which is aplenty in Puchong. SW need to create this nichie and unique market which is currently lacking in Puchong.
