Just browse thru iproperty ads for setia walk. Most agents asking for 450-480 psf now, I tot price already hit 500psf few month ago? Price dropped?

Haha. I check these agents 1 by 1, really, they all from Oriental.
These agents use this dirty trick to attract buyer and pressure the owner to lower their price at the same time.
Owners beware!! Better stay away from these agents. shakehead.gif
