Can buy but for flipping lar,right? If I am single, i will love this place but I am married with kids. Any potential for expat to rent? I dont think so. Locals cannot pay the rent or rather buy the unit if they can actually pay the rent. Early phase buyers untung. late buyers very hard liao.

yeah, rm2200 only expat can pay. for puchong, i never seen expat. foreign students and "students" got la. i live in puchong currently. i think for flipping, setia walk will be better than the zest but for rental, i am not sure. maybe we have to promote expats to live further and further away. but just curious. how come country homes kajang and setia eco park can attract expats but very2 far from kl and working place?

Guys, if i were to buy subsale in setia walk, what do you guys think? Buying for investment. am I too late as i need to compete with early buyers that bought cheaper. hence could rent out cheaper than I can. You guys made me feel itchy

Really that bad aa the bars? is it that noisy? i suggest install double layer windows. reduce the noise tremendously

I think we can just add the another layer of window from inside so u never kacau outside part. dont think management will care. price not so sure. probably somebody can comment?
