http://www.setiawalk.com.my updated the list of tenants... I counted 77 units tenanted + 3 units SOHO, roughly about 15% of total units available.

I'm quite free today, so decided to do some statistics:

a) % of facing inner court GF units tenanted = 29/56 = 52%
b) % of overall GF units tenanted = 38/85 = 45%

Halfway there..go go go!

Good! it will come. PFCC is progressing well also. When the Mall & Hotel set in, the whole area will boom.

Ideally, PFCC and SW should be interconnected for greater complementary: perhaps PFCC is for big corporates while SW is for "live, light work, play and learn" .. hmm.gif hmm.gif . I saw some road widening work in front of PFCC (from LDP turning to Puteri)..

shd be alright. I think SPS will put up a big electronic signage board on the entertainment mall (facing the LDP)

Guys, if i were to buy subsale in setia walk, what do you guys think? Buying for investment. am I too late as i need to compete with early buyers that bought cheaper. hence could rent out cheaper than I can. You guys made me feel itchy

Not neccessery. If SW perform well you still can make money if you go in now.
I bought my solaris dutamas unit for 370k in 2010, the owner got it from developer for 260k in 2007.
1 agent just called this evening and told me that her buyer is offering 560k for the same unit.
SW has a lot of potential. The Mall, Trigon, PFCC next door, LRT, Redevelopment of existing Tesco..........
