That is exactly my thought. Many of the buyers, myself inclusive (previously), are putting too much priority on how big the swimming pool is. However, I came to realize that the pools are normally under utilized. I have been to the pool less than 10 times since I moved in to my current place. For my previous condo, less than 3 times in 2 years.

Agree. I visited a friend's condo in Subang recently and its swimming pool was completely "deserted" during my one-hour visit on a saturday morning and I estimated that the pools took up at least 20% of the entire facility floor.

I think SW attempts to "balance" the needs of different demands/users by including other facilities (such as Gym-related facilities, reading room, function hall, BBQ area, children playground, yoga area, Meditation area etc etc) within the facility floor.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

It's getting real now! Many outlets are just waiting for the Entertainment Centre to open before commencing business, eg. Sushi Tei, Bata, maybe Kenny Rogers too, etc..

Yes, I do agree on this point. Even shops at Puteri is having a very quiet night. Of course the lunch crowd is still very much alive there. So shops at Setia Walk can compliment that by pulling the night crowd.

Hmm.. it seems rather quiet here for a VP-ing apartment. Either not many owners here or the workmanship is good! (i wish).. hehe

For inspection, SW only do 6 a day. 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.

best of all, there is a separate car park for visitor.

Each block will have its own stand alone visitor car park.

Yes, I saw there's a glass door separating the visitor car park at LG, and visitors hv to pass this door to go to the main lobby at LG, where it will be access card controlled?
