SPS is preparing the letters for VP now. Probably owners will get their keys from July onwards?

Also, there is rumors SPS goig to build some toilets at  B1 Level.

I was at the sales office just now. There are still about 10 units of 968sf/990sf available.

Nope. If I'm not mistaken, those smaller units with forest view were already all taken 2 months ago.

Ya. But the sales of these larger units is almost stagnant at this moment. Anyway, IMO, type A has the best view.

Magnificent view ! Which floor is this?

LAD starts after 36 months from S&P date until the owner takes VP of the unit, which means until owner gets the keys.. however, do take note of the 14 days deemed VP clause which means LAD will not run after this deemed VP even though owner does not get the keys.

For inspection, SW only do 6 a day. 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.

best of all, there is a separate car park for visitor.

Each block will have its own stand alone visitor car park.

What about SW gym facilities itself?
