CHeck it out the swimming pool. For SW, the Solace block enjoy the best as SP changed the entire floor to match the later phase. This gives extra values for earlier purchaser as the original plan was only half the saiz now.

Thanks for sharing! Looks decent. Looks like they have removed the so called green walls, guess to reduce maintenance cost? So far no one has shared any photo of the gym and other parts of the facility floor apart from the pool and playground, would love to see more of those smile.gif

Will each block have their own facilities or will the facilities be shared by all three blocks.

Ya, each block will hv their own set of facilities. I'm just thinking, the pool should be bigger when seen in actual site, it looks kinda small in photos due to angle. From the plan it should span the length of approximately 2 units of type C (give or take, makes it roughly 25m in length).

intended for own stay . looking forward to TGV and especially celebrity fitness which from photos ,look classy

wish list would be branded supermarket like village grocer or cold storage , MPH or kinokuniya and a nicely tuned system family-type kara-ok.

with or without Isetan or branded fashion wear also never mind
*
Ya. IMO, without these, IOI mall would be a much better choice for family's weekend activities in Puchong despite SW having a TGV there.

Anybody got their LAD? Enough to offset the maintainance?
*
I got my keys last friday... supervisor told me about 20+ owners already vp as of that day and only got 2 owners with minor complaints... my units was good.... I would say workmanship is 85%. however, noticed some crack lines on the outer side building. Sp setia gives extended warranty 12 months in addition to the one stated in the S&P.

My unit at 8th floor was good with an exception to few hollow tiles in the toilet wall. Requested to change 3 pieces... Other than that, nothing much as the car park access facilities and access card facilities are still not ready yet. Car sticker also not ready yet. Grill design also not ready yet. Air cond layout also not ready yet. Rather dissapointed as a number of things not ready yet. Got the keys and got to return the whole set of keys to them for rectification work to be done.

What surprises me is that Renovation Deposit is RM5k and Moving In Deposit RM1k. And the insurance period is so weird. Called SP setia 5 times for clarification but until now no one seems to be able to give an explanation. Always say will get some one to call back... mad.gif mad.gif

As for LAD, that day, credit control said will pass LAD when VP, on VP day, they inofrmed its not ready yet. Will call when ready... vmad.gif vmad.gif
mine is enoung to offset the 1st maintenance fees bills charge (my S&P is 30th May)

This was brought up numerous times. SPS built this as just a lap pool, not an Olympic size pool.

agreed that a lap pool is great for serious swimmers and all but if there's no secondary pool, then chances are the swimmers wouldn't be able to swim at all with others using it and blocking their paths.

look at MK aman. they have a lap pool, a wading pool and a children pool if i'm not mistaken. but of course it's a tough comparison.
and agreed with airline that this goes in line with dutamas concept. but instead of a lap pool, they should have considred a dip pool for the residents to have a place to chill and dip.
but that's just me, a laymen who knows nuts. arigato. rambling this morning.

There's a lap pool and there's a wading pool for kids. This lap pool is to be shared among 255+ households only, dunno if it's considered sufficient or otherwise.

I agree that the Solace pool is small, but I do notice that >80% of the condos' swimming pool in the mkt are under utilized. Even during weekends we hardly see the pool is full of crowd. I used to swim in my fren's condo in Kelana Jaya, the size is bout 2 / 3 times larger than Solace's pool, there are less than 10 swimmers in the pool during Sat / Sun peak hour - 4pm - 7pm.

That is exactly my thought. Many of the buyers, myself inclusive (previously), are putting too much priority on how big the swimming pool is. However, I came to realize that the pools are normally under utilized. I have been to the pool less than 10 times since I moved in to my current place. For my previous condo, less than 3 times in 2 years.

Precisely, many new purchasers are attracted by condo facilities especially the pool, after move in lazy / no time to use. Sigh! sweat.gif
However I must say Solace pool too small

The length of Solace's pool should be quite standard (standard length of short course lap pool is 25m), but the width is quite narrow, maybe about 5m? It's about 2 lanes width only. Then again, they are limited by the columns.
