Moshi² to all Otai & Sifus here,

I am planning to get 2HP AC for my living room.
Dimension of the room is 29ft length x 16ft width x 9ft height
Bcoz of the room's length, I am planning to install it with 2x1HP at both opposite direction.
The idea came after I calculated the BTU. If I am not mistaken, 1HP is about 9000btu while 2HP is around 18000btu.
The question is, should I get 2 x 1HP or better get one 2HP instead?
Which one is more energy saving? Appreciate ur opinion & experiences here. TQ! notworthy.gif

Hopefully I've come to the right forum - anyone knows the real function of samsung aircond with this "auto-clean" function? Cuz I pressed the auto clean function during my aircond was on, it displays "C1" and nothing else. How does it actually work? Any could explain?

Never go to Happy Household at ss2 to buy aircon. Service sucks. I bought mitsubishi aircon from there and they came and install it. Only my parents were at home during the installation. The pipe is not long enough and part of it is leaking. I called to complain about the workmanship they provided and they keep delaying for the repair.
The salesman promised me to provide me excellent workmanship and this is their so called "excellent". Its been 2 days and they're still not able to arrange another worker to come and repair my aircon.

They outsourced the installation, this kind of shop is better get own installer. You pay higher but better quality. Is the same for SS2 Legend. They are seller not installer.

Anyone knows what is the difference between Mitsubishi Mr. Slim model MS-FF10VC and MS-FG10VC? Apparently both functions are the same but pricewise the FG one is slightly more expensive.

Bought 2 unit of mitsubishi aircon from homedec today manage to lower the price a bit

MS-FG10VC - rm1190
MS-GH10VC - rm980

Price include install and get 2 free gift umbrella. But quite sad to know that the new model now only has 8813btu rating for both the deluxe or basic model now worried that not enough cold for my master bedroom..

From what the salesman told me at the Mitsubishi Electric booth at HOMEDEC. The MS-FG10VC is actually the latest model just launched recently. It has the same function as the MS-FF10VC. When I compared the spec for both the model, the new model actually has a lower btu rating of just 8800++ and eer rating of 10.95. I actually like the older model because it has higher btu rating meaning it take shorter time to cool down the room.

Thanks! Kinda weird that with although with the same functions and even lower BTU, the price is higher, lol. Probably more energy efficient?

Something to take note, Purchase from electrical shop that come with installation, don't expect good workmanship. They outsourced the installation, and can't control the quality.
