Isit okay for an aircon of 1hp to share the same power point (2G) with a refrigerator of 500 hp?
*

Do you see any difference of other Inverter R410a with your Midea Inverter R22? Will R22 reduce power efficient or degrade air cond performance?
What happen to R22 gas after 2015 ? Will it be totally banned and cause the service cost more expensive than R410a?

My Hitachi inverter 1HP is also quite noisy when at full fan speed, is as noisy as York!

Normally I will run at the max FAN speed for 1 hours to cool down the room, then before sleep, just turn on the sleep timer, the fan speed will go down to min speed and it is pretty quiet, but sometimes it still have some high frequency sound for a few minutes, quite irritating.

So due to bad quality for hitachi product, i wont support it again, even buy York Y-Series Inverter still better than Hitachi like shit. rclxms.gif

Guys, Im looking for 2 airconds....normal good airconds which will cost around rm1300-1400 (for both). Is this realistic? For rented house, appreciate if you could inform durable model selling for this price. Clearance stock, whatever...just normal airconds that can do the job. Harvey Norman sometimes has but never know when they are into 'clearance' mode.

Any other place? A friend told me courts mammoth has cheap airconds but I've not seen any so far.

Appreciate your help!

From what I have found out, for basic unit without all those inverter or what not, 1HP aircon, can get around RM900 each. Can try Panasonic, York/ Ascon, etc

Hi bros,

I am looking for aircon for my new house. I went to harvey norman, they recommended me to use samsung aircons instead of panasonic. Their reason was that because samsung aircon is now using finer filter to catch the dust and for inventer type the energy saving is up to 60 percent.

The thing is that I don't want to easily believe that, it could be that they promote certain brands because the profit margin for them are better.

Does anyone of you can share experience about samsung aircons? Is it good, I don't see people mentioning it

Many thanks in advance!

Thanks for your response kelvyn. Where do you think I could get the most array of choices? I live in Subang...any place close by which gives me ample choice to look at? Harvey Norman doesn't have enough for my liking.

To see the actual product of the various brands, etc...
D'Legend & SenQ are some of them.

For best price, you could also look up these LYN forumers iamsobloodysick & cam40729
