If you have eCCRIS access, you may file a dispute from there.

Yeah BNM not open. I think BNM has relocated the kiosk machines as well.

I did my one time registration and printed the ccris report as well on the spot. Sit at an empty spot to complete the first time login.

Not sure why BNM hasn't updated their notice on their CCRIS website but I've just managed to register for eCCRIS. Actually got the information through LinkedIn lol.

under the supporting doc - do you have any idea on the bank acc statement as in how many months of it?

No idea, I just showed them my latest EPF statement. You can use another supporting document like your driver’s license instead of a bank statement since they just want a secondary form of identification.

But do you think the records were kept somewhere, so when we apply cc or loan with other bank the officer who do our background check can trace that we have previous rejected cc or loan application?

Unlikely. In eccris you can only search for today. Unless the bank itself search in the past and keep records, but I don't believe this is legal and it is unlikely to happen.

You can register eccris and see yourself

CCRIS records are updated every month, the day ranging from 10th -16th
