hi, anyone knows how to chk the status if in CCRIS/CTOS report show im a guarantor.

i got my report that says im a guarantor for x amount, but i dont have any idea when i became . i called both ctos n ccris, they both cannot tell me its from where.
thanks if anyone can give advice.

How do I dispute the CCRIS records? I have been cleared off AKPK since last month, but the record in CCRIS is still showing AKPK..

If you've registered for access to eCCRIS then you can view your report and click verify at the bottom right portion, submit any relevant documents and they should get back to you within 48hours.

CTOS provides tenant screening for landlords, property agents

KUALA LUMPUR: Credit reporting agency CTOS Digital Sdn Bhd is expanding its services by providing its tenant screening solution for landlords and property agents.

In a statement on Tuesday, it said the fully-digitised solution offers landlords and property agents quick and accurate checks on potential tenants, resulting in a more reliable application selection process.

It added that a good tenant will ensure the property is well taken care of, utility bills paid promptly and in full, fittings and furnishings properly used and well-maintained.

However, a poor tenant may not just leave the rent and utility bills unpaid, but also may damage the property which could lead to significant impact on the value of the property.

Will my CTOS score improve the following month if I settled all my delinquency by this month?

I called CIMB to cancelled my CIMB Lazada prepaid card last year but for some reason the card was not cancelled and is overdue for the fees of RM9.43 for almost 4 months! My score went from 730 to 447

Die lo planning to buy a car next month.

credit score takes time to build, it'll take months to get back to your former score of 730

question...even if there is no missed payment, steady and good income but the CTOS score will gradually drop if a person did not make any credit card or loan application for more than 1 year or 2 years or more, is this statement true?

If a bank blacklists or close the bank account of someone because of some case reported which is unknown to the account holder, how to clear up this issue?

How to register eCCRIS?

Go to nearest BNM or AKPK branches to generate the first time registration PIN.

How do I dispute the CTOS records? Says that my Credit Limit for the card I owned is much lower than what the bank provide me now.

Higher Permanent Credit Limit granted by my bank is thru phone call, so there is no paper records
