my ccris is cleared on March or April 2021. been rejected for both bank last few days...hope to apply for housing loan..l

Oh, housing loan... I thought CC. I don't know much about that at all, since have many other factors than just actual credit...

hi all, why is it difficult to apply for loan if never own a credit card?

most probably they need to have a way to assess your credit repayment track records....CC track records can be easily available to most people that wanted to get a loan.
btw,..NEVER owned a Credit card may not be the only reason that caused the difficulty in getting a loan.

Anyone got idea whether for ocbc bank, will they update ccris on every 15th of the month too?

anyone know about CTOS? the existing record of summon from the bank before the AKPK can be cleared?

The status for the above cases is 'settled'' but the bank will able to trace it when we applying the housing loan.

I cleared my akpk 2nd Nov 2021. I went to register e-ccriss same day. I tracked everyday and my ccris record and only cleared about in 10 December in CCRIS system.. some bank need to wait till next month to report to BNM. I pay RM25 to get my CTOS report score on 12 Dec. CTOS no longer have any akpk record but my credit score only 553. This what I did before I apply credit card. Btw in CTOS website,apps..they have a link for you to apply credit card as well. It somehow match your score it u eligible to apply.

1. I wrote email to my Previous AKPK bank Maybank credit card center. I told them I'm ex AKPK whether I can apply or not and told them all my finance status. they requested me to apply online which I did not. After a week their cc marketing officer called me wt pre approval card. I do not need submit anything coz my salary bank in Maybank so they have my banking record. Current status (pending approval)

2. I go ahead and apply non of my previous AKPK bank before for CC. Current status Approved. Waiting them deliver CC.

So basically... U can apply CC after CCRIS record cleared. It take about 1.5 months to clear from CCRIS after AKPK. However I do practise no default payment for past 12 month on my house loan and utilities bill. I follow Advice from one of ex AKPK too to get a credit card 1st from non your akpk bank before.

If all bank is under your akpk program before then try get CC from your active bank acct e.g where your salary/business bank in.

Register at any BNM office.

or you can apply online using BNM CCRIS/eCCRIS application form. No need to go to BNM office.

Don't waste time going to BNM. Went there in Feb and they said already permanently discontinued the service at BNM. The officer asked me to go to AKPK instead but ended up registering through BNM's e-form.

That was where I did previously. Didnt know they changed it as previously they dont allowed online registration.

If you have car loan now, it does not matter if u have credit card or not. As long as you have loan facilities with bank, and payment is good, commitment is not burst, proper income documents, then should be no problem to get house loan.

Lucky lah you.. fast fast go apply new loan to settle your existing loan. I have customer also like that, and his loan is approved😘

I tried to register for CCRIS online and one of the documents needed is the phone bill to verify the phone number. But my number is under a supplementary line, thus the bill will not have my name.

May I know if anyone knows how to address this?
