Hey guys (for those interested only)
Its about Seishun 18 kippu :

Hello All,

Thank you to those who replied, but in the manner of honesty and
transparency there was a bit of confusion with my previous post so I will
simplify it. There are 4 tickets for a total of 9200 yen (2300 yen each).
They must be bought together. They are good on almost every JR line and
ferry. The name of the ticket is called Seishun 18 kippu. You do not have
to be a youth to use them, any age is fine, even though they are called
Seishun in the title. You can get on and off the train and exit the station
as many times as you like on the day you use it. Yes, they are transferable
so you can use them with your friends and family! They are a very good value
especially for day trips to see cherry blossoms or long distance travel.

some onsen charges JPY400 ~ 500 per person. but, since you are going with family, go to onsen where it is a family mixed onsen and this onsen requires you to have swimwear. else, take time out , go alone je lah. got few numbers around tokyo.

Onsen around Tokyo (within 30minutes train)

Eh,there're family mixed onsen and allow swimwear? Can anyone tell me where to find them?My friend is going with her family soon but reluctant to enter the onsen due to not allowed to wear anything.Thanks.

Dear Guardian n bonzaimy,

for onsen allowing swimwear - refer here

Yunessun - Hakone
go under Mori No Yu

for me , i prefer the open air onsen, traditional one. hehehehe, but not those with a lot of tourist cos it kills the ambience with their laughing and chattering. i just want to relax.
