I saw 2253BW and T220 side by side at lowyat, can't tell difference perhaps my eyes not so good. Samsung is quite aggressive at lowyat, they have representatives at each major stores introducing/explaining their LCD monitor product.

You mean at Low Yat ? Last 2 week when I asked at Low Yat, most of the shops didn't have stock.

my fren is helping me to get another g2400w n dell 2408wfp ultrasharp. It is for my second pc n ps3 at my jb home. Personaly i think the g2400w was an exellent monitor n if u have doubt with me, google 'g2400w hardforum' n read those feedback. Cant link to u coz im on mobile now. They even have an in depth review vs v2400w n samsung panel. Sumore the price is so dirt cheap now, heck i bought mine at sgd699. Im having problem with dvi port on my current g2400w n im now runing my pc n ps3 thru hdmi. Waranty concern all i want to say benq Sg, was very satisfied although i donwan to claim a new one, i cancel my waranty claim when they want to come n pick up the monitor from me. For benq msia i duno, havent deal with them yet. But probably soon. All i want to say if u own a ps3 or wana watch the bluray from pc u might want to consider it. Ask the seller to display 1920x1200 n dvi port if u wana see it urself. If u looking for other brand plz check how they can do to u on scaling issue.

Samsung T240 stock should be in by now. Stocks are in distis warehouse. I posted the MSRP prices awhile back in this thread.

Came back from pc fair, quite disappointed with lcds range showcase over there. There was no lg and fell booth to show case their lcd.

but then again...benq g2400w only 999 (+- 30) its damn tempting lo....top up like 100 for samsung's price can get 24" already....

Both of the LCDs share the same panel. It's just that the stand that the V2400W is using cannot be replaced with an aftermarket stand while the stand that the G2400W is using can be replaced with an aftermarket stand. There's not much difference between these two models to justify for the RM500 difference. I would say, if you want style, get the V2400W, if you want substance, get the G2400W.
