Never face too many hang issues here with the TD. Possibly a handful since i got it a few months ago but memory leak and lag issues is alot. Whatever said, i still love the TD. LOL...Issues that i personally have is the battery issue and the memory leak issue. Other than that, everything else is perfectly fine.

Get an extended battery for your TD. Read more here --> http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_touch_diamond_...er-news-544.phpYou can get it for around RM200 locally.

Well, like what everyone else says, if you dont mind the lil extra weight and size, get the Extended Battery and your battery issues will be solved. For me though, i am tempted by the Extended Battery but still, i prefer the current slim body of my TD. Therefore, i am torn between both sides. LOL...I still prefer it to be slim though.

Hi guys, Anybody know a registry edit to change the default folder in which the bluetooth received files are saved in? Would prefer it to be saved in a folder in the internal storage.

I asked the same question previously and had been told that it is a bug with the firmware of the TD. Never got it to work as well even on the Cooked ROM. Not sure how to fix it. LOL..

actually the extended battery is not that bad, the added thickness is quite negligible to me.
in fact, it makes the device feels more solid to hold but the added advantage is better battery life. i'm into my second charge cycle now and averaging around 4 days.
on the rom front, htc europe has released a new rom version 2.03 and the cooks over at xda have come up with some nice customized roms based on this version. of course you can also install the original full version but with hard-spl install first.

QUOTE(akachester @ Jan 8 2009, 03:31 PM) I am previously on that version as well and i know how bad the memory leak issue is for me. LOL..At second day, it would hang and memory on standby would be at 62% at least. LOL... People recommended me to flash it to Cooked ROM but to be honest, it doesnt really help. Well, yes, the memory might be less by a lil bit but still very annoying. Dont think it can be solved unless HTC comes out with a new firmware. i think i will stay with my stock rom first because still got 18 months warranty to go, worry after hard-spl will coz some problem to my TD currently im use vicsoft clear temp & oxios hibernate to refresh my memory, but long time of usage for TD, the program memory can shoot up to 76 - 80%, sometime might go till 83%, then softreset, sienz....
