just found out that most of the astraware games does not work with diamond..even the original game teeter fail to launch....hmppp...

Which astraware games? i tested all and they run fine. and teeter runs fine too.make sure the astraware games u installed are VGA compatible. How exactly did it "Fail to launch"

hmppp...astraware game bundle...only bejeweled n a couple more games work fine...i tested my little tank the resolution distorted n also skyforce fail to launch as well..

err...got error while launching skyforce..but for teeter it just wont start/open at all...any ideas?

btw i'm using mapking g12...the sms function seems not compatible with wm6.1....

The resolution distorted = the game is meant for QVGA. Diamond is VGA pda, u need VGA resolution games.

No idea for teeter why it wont start. Did u do it while connected via USB to windows? try soft reset, if still cant, i guess u have to hard reset.

Just get my diamond..
Now is charging..with play on it tonight after 8 hours charge.

ahhahaha.. i see alot of new owner of diamond already...

which made me not tempted to get one anymore...

i heard there's a diamond booth at lowyat plaza...there are lots of units there...so all u guys dont have to go hunting high and low anymore....btw, hows the camera performance? i saw some pics from a hofo member, he took his back cover lens cover off and its amazing...

Just came back from Midvalley .... PDA Expert there has stocks and selling them for RM2,799. Was sorely tempted to buy but the finger print marks was a huge turn off.

actually, its about the same as Tytn2 and Touch Cruise from my experience.

U shud never use GPS without car charger. Any pda battery will sure konk out fast. Bluetooth, u mean headset, for calls wont make much difference. But if bluetooth stereo is a different story since heavy data streaming.

Best pda i ever used? hmmmm, each to its own pros and cons. This is definitely my fav so far in terms of weight and form, as well as its superb display screen. Its much clearer (not just cuz its VGA), other pdas it feels like its the screen is being projected. This one...hard to describe. lol.

I have a lil problem with some games cuz not enuf buttons. And if i had the money, and if it came out earlier, i would have gone for Touch Pro. As it is however, i find that this device is suitable for me, so i believe i'll stay put for a while.

But one things for sure i WILL be getting the extended battery. Since i bought mine for 2588, an extended battery will bring it to around 2.7k. Just nice.

SIS doesnt only exist in Malaysia dude. lol. must be SIS MALAYSIA, only our SIS will provide warranty. They dun provide service for overseas/ap set, cuz its considered "illegal". Their words.

there is SIS singapore, indonesia, thailand and through out the Asia...

so it doesnt mean that with that sis sticker u can get warranty from here....

i asked bfore with the HTC call line, when few of the pda i bought was from thailand and indonesia, but with sis sticker... den they tell me that the warranty does not apply in malaysia...

i think there is a warranty card come with the phone stating that warranty is limited local warranty only..

I find that my call volume is a bit low and when I crank up the volume to max the speaker sounds like its pecah. any other owners experiencing this problem? if its just a problem with my unit might have to in back to sis for warranty

which backup software can be use in diamond?
I try to use spb backup but it hang when doing backup

most PDA arent loud as normal cellphones, dont put it loud
my solution is to using hi frequency tone like "music box" sound, and avoid using max vol

its normal la... but let baronic compare with either tytnII or D810. IMHO, D810 audio is quite loud and good for comparison.

dun expect it something like nokia,se or other normal phone do..
