SIS sticker varies from country to country.
If i still remember, SIS malaysia sticker stated as it is, SIS Malaysia.

how come baronic get cheap price? he got it from direct SIS, which not all of us can do.

i dont quite understand your question. Yes it can record video. But what exactly do you mean "VGA" format. The resolution? I guess it should be in a bigger resolution, i should think. I dont think there's a way to test this?

in ur battery test, was your test done with the backlight on continuously?

For those who feel that d battery life is too weak, pls give it a few more days or even up to a week coz new batteries need to "run-in" b4 they reach their maximum capacity.

Baronic, can u take some picture from this baby n post it up? I want to see the quality.

@Kerazul, it wasnt on "continuously" since it had the dimming feature. But it was on VERY often. In call mode, 10 seconds into the call it dims. When you sms, the light, is of course on when you're typing. And as you can see i typed A LOT of sms. So the light was on for quite a lot. I would even hazard that smsing (at my scale) takes up perhaps more power than calls. Plus i did some picture browsing.

@Quinn, I'll take some and post tomorrow. And no, like all PDA phones, they dont fare well in the dark. heck, they fare BADLY in the dark

recording vga=640x480 resolution...
normal recording is done in QVGA = 320x240..
you can check when you go to camera->setting->video->resolution... <-- i oso dunno if i am correct or not... hehehe

saw & touched da diamond personally......
from first look.....currently,that is da most sexy PDA exist....
very suitable for ladies especially when it comes to design......
very slim...for Touchflo 3D it work quiet well.....but still IPhone win when using finger touch....

lol.. no doubt about it.

but touch diamond does better than iphone, and improve quite alot from the previous touch...

Here' some info about the camera quality for those interested:

Max resolution for Video is CIF (352x288) and L(320x240).

All image already resize to 640x480 in PS.
1st Image - Night Scene
2nd Image - Very dim environment(actual lighting condition also warm white)
3rd Image - Macro

Do not compare Iphone in this section...

and the battery drain very fast. its took only 1hour from 100% drop to 50% while i turn on my gps and listen to music.

frankly, i think diamond doesnt do real good job in low lighting condition.. let see the outdoor photo pulak ya~

lol... that one is ok la... same like other pda phone what... and summore 900mAh.. cant say much oso mah...

I think yes u need to go out and get a fix, I'm using Garmin Mobile XT to test the GPS it took about 1 minute to get fix.
